Updating/Navigating Member Account

Resetting Username and/or Password

  • Click here to reset your log in
  • Enter your email address in the box and click SUBMIT
  • Find the email from Lifelong Learning Collaborative (subject: Online Account Info) and click the link that reads Click here to reset your password)
  • To keep the existing username: Make a note of the case-sensitive username that appears at the top of the screen and skip this field
  • To change both the username or password: Enter your new password and click SUBMIT

Make a note of the username and password, keeping in mind both are case-sensitive. Test the new log in here. If you need help resetting your log in, email us.

Updating Contact Information

  • Log into your account
  • Click the blue box where you see your name
  • Click ACCOUNT from the drop-down menu
  • Update any information that is incorrect or outdated
  • Click the blue SAVE button at the bottom left of the field

Renewing LLC Membership

LLC Membership is $40 per year. Our fiscal year begins June 1 - May 31.

  • Log into your account
  • Click MEMBERSHIP at the top left menu bar under the LLC logo
  • Click SELECT
  • The default card on file will be automatically selected, or you can choose another card
  • Scroll down to read the Terms and Conditions (LLC registration policies) and check the box next to I have read and agree with the policies and procedures set forth.
  • Click the blue PLACE ORDER button

Adding/Updating a Credit Card

Edit/Delete an EXISTING card:

  • Log into your account
  • Click the blue box where you see your name
  • Click MY ACCOUNT from the drop-down menu
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page where you see a gray horizontal menu bar with blue text
  • Click CREDIT CARDS
  • Click the edit icon
  • Update any outdated information
  • Click the blue SAVE button to update --OR-- click DELETE to remove the card from your account

Add a NEW card:

  • Log into your account
  • Click the blue box where you see your name
  • Click MY ACCOUNT from the drop-down menu
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page where you see a gray horizontal menu bar with blue text
  • Click CREDIT CARDS
  • Scroll to the bottom of the listed cards and click ADD NEW CREDIT CARD
  • Enter the new card information and click the blue SAVE button

Making a Payment

  • Log into your account
  • In the top right corner (near your name and under the "Come learn with us!" banner), you will see a line of text with the balance owed
  • Click MAKE PAYMENT
  • Follow the prompts to pay with a credit card

  • Log into your account
  • Click the blue box where you see your name
  • Click MY ACCOUNT from the drop-down menu
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page where you see a gray horizontal menu bar with blue text
  • To see membership status: click MEMBERSHIPS
  • To see a historical list of all LLC courses/events: click MY REGISTRATIONS or ACCOUNT REGISTRATION 
  • To download PDF receipts/see payment history: click PAYMENTS
