Course Ideas Are Always Welcome
Please let us know your idea either by emailing us or completing the form below.
If you indicate that you’re willing to be a coordinator, a member of the Curriculum Committee will be in touch to offer help in developing your idea into a collaborative class, partnering with you as needed at every stage in the process of planning the course and finalizing the details needed for the LLC catalog of classes. (For more information about turning ideas into courses and what details are needed, see pages 3-5 of LLC’s Guidelines.)
Catalog deadlines: October 15 for Spring semester; March 15 for Fall

When Linda Shamoon coordinated LLC’s “Concerts and Conversations” class, it allowed her to reengage with Classical music in a new way, to devote serious study time to a lifelong love and to share that love with others. Her love of poetry spurred her to co-coordinate LLC poetry classes, including co-coordinating a poetry class this semester, “Luminous Things: African American Poetry,” with Christine Rose and Karen Stein. “I love reading poetry and talking about it with others.” (Excerpt from The Lark, Vol. 1, Issue 7, December 2021)
